4.2 Minimum Deposits. The minimum deposit on winrup is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are published in the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated periodically.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are typically processed within one (1) to forty-eight (48) hours, subject to the processing timelines of the relevant payment provider. winrup is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, or banking institutions.
4.4 Source of Funds. All funds deposited into your winrup account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. winrup reserves the right to return deposits to their source if this condition is not satisfied.
4.5 Refused Transactions. winrup reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or void any deposit or withdrawal transaction where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or non-compliance with applicable regulations.

6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or data feed failure that causes an incorrect result, odds, or payout to be displayed or processed, winrup reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the respective accounts. winrup shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect losses arising from such events.
